We’re excited to share that XPark Games has joined Cohort 4 of the GoodTech Ventures Accelerator - a programme that supports mission-driven founders using technology to create real-world impact across education, inclusion, justice, and health.
For a startup at the intersection of edtech, gamified learning, and careers education, this is a significant moment. GoodTech Ventures brings together founders, mentors, investors, and operators who genuinely understand the challenges of building tech for good. For us, that means access to the strategic guidance, networks, and expertise we need to scale faster while staying anchored to the outcomes that matter most: more young people discovering meaningful STEM careers, and more schools and employer partners with the tools to support them.
At XPark Games, our mission is to gamify digital career discovery, making career exploration engaging, accessible, and inclusive for every young person. Through our platform, students experience gamified virtual work experience that lets them step into roles in cybersecurity, AI, software, and the wider digital economy. Rather than reading about careers, they get to try them. That shift in how careers education is delivered is at the heart of what we’re building.
Joining the cohort gives us the opportunity to learn from a group of ambitious, purpose-led founders tackling some of the biggest social challenges of our time, and to test our thinking against people who have walked the path before us. It also means we can move faster on the priorities our school and employer partners have been asking for - more games, deeper analytics for careers leaders, and even more robust alignment with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
A huge thank you to the GoodTech Ventures team for their belief in XPark Games and for the warm welcome into the community. We can’t wait to share more as the programme unfolds.
If you’re a school, careers leader, employer partner, or investor who shares our belief that every young person deserves access to engaging, future-focused careers education, we’d love to hear from you.
